INTEREST OF MILLING GRAINS :
Dry milling of grains under high pressure in very wide diameter rollers with a passage of only few tenths of a millimeter changes the structure of the starch, virtually eliminates the four, conserves fiber and increases salivation and digestibility in cattle-sheep (milk-meat) and swine. Very benefical effects in poultry.

WHAT MILLING OFFERS IN TERMS OF FIGURES :
The energy value may increase 20% for wheat, corn, rye, feed wheat, sorghum and 12 to 15% for barley, oats and soybeans.
This means that one dry, cold pass through the machine achieves the same result as the flaking technique, which requires steam.
